Welcome to Our Wild Workout Weekend
Our mission.... we want to bring people together from the functional fitness world to enjoy a weekend in the countryside.. to workout..challenge yourself..make memories and reconnect with nature. Set in beautiful Devon countryside, bringing people away from the hustle and bustle.
Partnering with Park Mill Cottages the weekend will include a lovely onsite cottage, check in on Friday from 3pm with late check out on Sunday at 4pm!! Sauna and Cold plunge access, and 20 acres of Land to explore! Saturday and Sunday will have a full programme of challenging outdoor functional fitness workouts... all completed outside come rain or shine in beautiful Devon countryside...
What makes us different? We want the weekend to be challenging but with an element of relaxation, recovery and reconnection to nature.

Functional Fitness Workouts: Challenge yourself with dynamic exercises designed to boost strength, agility, and endurance.


TRAIL RUNS
One of the feature sessions during the Wild workout weekend breaks is the 8km trail run.
Stunning surroundings and challenging terrain! This trail run starts at Park Mill Cottages and loops itself through the surrounding valley, crossing rivers, open fields, woods, a village and a farm.. this is truly unique! If you are into trail running or want to give it a go this is for you!
HILL SPRINT CHALLENGE
A challenge that will feature at every wild workout weekend... The hill sprint!!
Documented to be one of the steepest hills in Devon, this brutal lung busting 175m hill sprint will certainly get your lungs busting, and your legs bursting full of lactic acid.


SAUNA
Saunas offer an array of health benefits that nurture both your body and mind. From improved circulation and detoxification to stress reduction and muscle relaxation, regular sauna sessions can be a valuable addition to your wellness regimen.
COLD PLUNGE
Set to a chilly 2 degrees, the ice plunge during the wild workout weekend will not only test your will power but will aid in recovery after intense workouts carried out during your stay.


ACCOMMODATION
Park Mill Cottages comprise of four Eco-friendly self catering cottages. Each a stunning barn conversion converted to be the perfect balance of traditional features with a modern twist.

As a proud mother of two boys with a passion for teaching fitness to all ages, I am delighted to collaborate with Park Mill Cottages where together our goal is to deliver an experience for participants seeking rejuvenation, wellness and a deeper connection with nature within the picturesque Devonshire countryside.
I will lead you through a fitness weekend where like-minded individuals come together to sweat, laugh, and recharge. From sunrise workouts to scenic hikes or trail runs, we celebrate movement and community.
It's fair to say I am CrossFit enthusiast that believes strongly that taking care of our physical and mental health through fitness is essential. Regular exercise not only improves physical strength but also positively impacts our overall wellbeing

Join us for an invigorating one-day escape in the heart of Devonshire’s countryside. Our exclusive Saturday day pass offers a perfect blend of fitness, adventure, and relaxation:

Morning Energy Boost: Start your day with a dynamic 1-hour outdoor functional workout designed to awaken your body and challenge your strength and endurance.

Hill Sprint Challenge: Test your limits and conquer the great outdoors with a thrilling hill sprint challenge—a true mental and physical triumph.

Replenish and Refuel: Enjoy a delicious, wholesome lunch in good company, surrounded by nature's serenity.

Afternoon Workout: Push your boundaries further with an engaging workout session to cap off your fitness efforts for the day.

Relax and Recharge: Unwind and pamper yourself with our sauna and cold plunge sessions, leaving you refreshed, revitalised, and ready to take on the week ahead.
If you're interested in just the morning workout, we offer a half-day pass for £15 per person. The half day price is for participation in the morning workout only and does not include access to the sauna or cold plunge.
Remember to bring your own lunch and snacks to stay energised and hydrated between activities!
