TERMS & CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
‘Event’ = A Wild Workout Weekend experience

These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) set out and comprise all of the legal terms applying between us and you in relation to your registration to participate and your participation in any Wild Workout Weekend event taking place in United Kingdom. They are part of the agreement that you are concluding with us when registering for an Event.
We reserve the right at our discretion to amend these T&Cs (and the format, date and structure of any Event), including if there is a change in the Applicable Laws or amendments due to changes in the event structure. If we do implement such changes, we will notify you of any such changes in advance.
Booking & Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking or date of invoice.

Price and availability information is subject to change without notice.

Tickets are sold subject to our right to alter or vary the published event schedule. We reserve all rights in this regard. Any published start and finish times at Events are estimates only and are subject to change. We are not be liable for any change of a published start or finish time.

All advertised times are approximate and subject to change. It is Your responsibility to make appropriate arrangements to ensure that You arrive at the Venue in sufficient time incase the event starts early or otherwise, and to ensure that You are able to stay until the close of the event should You wish to if it overruns. We will not be responsible to make any refund or meet the costs of any alternative travel arrangements or for any loss of enjoyment or other indirect loss as a result of an Event not running to the precise advertised times.

All ticket prices are subject to change. Tickets are sold subject to our right to discount prices at a later date. We reserve all rights in this regard. In the event of discounted tickets, you are not entitled to a refund for the difference, if you have paid a full price for your ticket.
Participation

Participants must be at least 16 years old.

Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

All participants must complete and sign a waiver prior to the event.

Participants under the age of 18 must have their parent or guardian sign a waiver prior to the event.

Participants are responsible for their own fitness and health levels.

There will be no admission to the Event before the designated arrival times.

All participants must adhere to the rules and disclaimers provided by Park Mill Cottages when using the sauna and cold plunge facilities.
Cancellations, Changes & Refunds

Cancellations made within 14 days of the Event will not be refunded.

If the Event is canceled by the organisers, a full refund will be issued.

In the event of a cancellation, postponement or Material alteration of the Event (defined below) You will be entitled to a refund.

Personal arrangements including travel, subsistence and accommodation in relation to the Event which have been arranged by You are made at Your own risk and Wild Workout Weekend will not have any liability for any such loss of enjoyment or wasted expenditure.

Wild Workout Weekend will not have any liability to You whatsoever for loss or expenses incurred in connection with the Event or any cancellation of the Event, including, without limitation, costs of any personal travel, accommodation or hospitality arrangements made relating to the Event or the cancellation of the Event. ​
A “Material” alteration is a change which in our reasonable opinion makes the Event materially different to the Experience which purchasers of an Event ticket could reasonably expect. Changes to times, workouts, and to a reasonable extend workout locations, shall not be considered a Material alteration.

In the event of cancellation, refunds will be offered. In order to claim Your refund in the event of a cancellation, postponement or Material alteration, please contact Wild WorkoutWeekend via email at wildworkoutweekend@outlook.com. Refunds will only be made to the person and card who purchased the Tickets. We endeavour to refund tickets within 28 days of the cancellation, postponement or Material alteration.

The organisers reserve the right to change the schedule or content of the event.
Liability

The organisers are not responsible for any injuries or health issues that may arise during the event.

Participants are responsible for their own belongings.
Photography & Media

By participating in the event, you consent to being photographed and recorded for promotional purposes.

To the extent permitted by law and with Your consent, personal information provided by You to the Event host will be used for all purposes reasonably connected with the operations of Wild Workout Weekend including (but not limited to): providing You with details of forthcoming connected events, offers. Wild Workout Weekend will not use or disclose Your personal information other than as set out in these Terms and Conditions without Your prior consent. Code of Conduct

Participants must respect each other and the event facilitators.

Any disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the event without a refund.

You shall not bring all or any of the following into the Venue: fireworks, laser pens, laser equipment, any item which the Event host considers could be used as a weapon (including sharp or pointed objects such as knives), alcohol, glass bottles or containers, drones, air horns animals, any unauthorised photography, film or videography equipment, and illegal substances.

You must comply with any and all instructions given to You by the host and staff at the Event.
Force Majeure

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, “Force Majeure” means any cause beyond the Events hosts control including, without limitation, an act of God, war, insurrection, riot, civil disturbances, acts of terrorism, fire, explosion, contagious disease, flood, royal mourning, national mourning, theft of essential equipment, malicious damage, strike, lock out, adverse or extreme weather, third party injunction, national defence requirements and/or acts or regulations of national or local governments, which we the Event host could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. The Promoter will not be liable to You for failure to perform any obligation under these Terms and Conditions to the extent that the failure is caused by Force Majeure; any cause beyond the Event hosts control. For the avoidance of doubt, this Force Majeure provision means the Event host will not be liable to refund any entry fees, pay any compensation, or be responsible for any costs or expenses you may incur, if cancellation, postponement or Material Alteration is a result of events beyond the Event hosts control.
