Afterward, take a moment to relax, refuel, and recharge in our sauna or cold plunge. ** For Saturdays. In the early afternoon, join our optional trail run or hike. Don’t worry—it’s tailored to your fitness level. ** For Sundays. In the early afternoon, get ready for the hill sprint challenge. Will you stop or can you reach the top! Remember to bring your own lunch and snacks to stay energised and hydrated between activities!
